Understanding yourself: labeled as talking, contracting or deciding a standard remembrance of your dream or dreams. Tapping into this stream is actually normal. Dreams have been delivered to you before birth and maybe what carries us through life with or without an individual believing the dream.
You Start: Your Beginning, Middle and Return
On this path or relation to finding an opening, in one’s thoughts and /or delivery of information, an awakening toward where you’re borderline; borderline of genius beginnings and becoming available to you, the individual. Example: by training your mind, body, spirit, and soul [granted some individuals do not believe and/or know of the last aspects of ‘M.B.S.S.’ is real]: it is okay…simply, they dream as well.

1c) Give yourself a keyword/trigger-word or words: that cause you to keep or call back your fleeting dreams, i.e. might be: “recall; reach; wait; come here; my friend;” something that ‘You’, the individual find as your personal agreement with your dream carrier <your dream carrier, maybe you; Father; an Angle; some familiar relations in your thoughts, per se>.
The Power of You
Yes, in many ways weird, yet without that assistance: it will be quite hard to recall many aspects of the dream or dreams. And most paramount: that is why you are reading this information.
Basics number 2: once you start recalling the information that has connected with you and your pallet of personal connections past, present, possible future and/or maybe alternate verse. I know, too heavy for all to gather, in some ways may sound like ‘TMI’, yet all are connected since before you were born and is not here to hurt you, only to assist you toward success and safety. Example: a dream of a home, where you lived, which has been torn down, is just giving you a safety area of reference: yes simple. With that understanding in mind, your next point of relating is “What did you see or RECALL”. Believe it or not, all this information is simple, once you read it and think about it.
Basics number 3: keeping a blank scrapbook, journal or some type of dedicated notebook may help you find treasures beyond your dreams and successes beyond all that may be happening to you and your life. Yes, much of this information is for the populace yet, without getting too deep into the psyche and character of each and everyone: ‘simple and basic’, can get you to the level of ‘recalling your dreams and possible aiding you in ways, which may have seemed impossible for successes.
Basics number 4 and final note for now: recalling the little things like a crowd, group, strangers, friends, family members, money, an empty wallet, smoking, nakedness, forgetting names, feces, and a long list of yes and no topics, which you may or may not wish to talk with other individuals will be important to you. That means, that if someone in your social circle is sick; lying; stealing; eyes; distorted face; music; musical instruments; having a baby; maybe in an accident or many other topics relating to your benefits and growth of safety, money, meetings, even those, who may be sneaky, while in your favor.

So, what is next, whether it is a re-occurring dream; fresh dream; eating dream; cooking dream; driving dream in a car, truck and/or van; you have now jotted down the information and interpretation in your journal/notebook and your next step is book hunting and believing the wildness of all the spooky, artistically done and the vastly pictured: there is a vast amount of books and paperwork on who, what, when and where for interpretation, which has been in the headlines for over a thousand years and many books, personally speaking, is over the minds of the masses’ understanding about life. A practice to Sleeping for Dreams: Beginning, Middle and End
There is a science, which is important; most people could sleep in threes…3 minutes; 3 hours; multiples of 3 i.e. 6 hours…9 hours…3 half hours (90 minutes): this practiced theory is a used fact for getting rest where: 1) fall asleep; 2) stay or be asleep [deep-sleep]; 3) waking-up; this 1, 2, 3 pattern is what works, whether short or long the 1, 2, 3 cause you to dream; be rested and in a number of moments, if working at capturing your dream: being on the path to dream catching.
A recent understanding, if you are searching for a dream; dream answers; comfort zone viewing and/or whatever this is an added path: ‘NAP’: yep nap; once past the age of three or 4 years of age: that nap or napping is a “NO-NO”, believing that you will be up to late…maybe or maybe not; the point is: via science , the body napping or sleeping the second time around in a short amount of time after awakening: puts you into a ‘Deeper REM Sleep’, involving ‘Rapid Eye Moment’ [Rapid eye movement sleep is a unique phase of sleep in mammals and birds, distinguishable by random/rapid movement of the eyes, accompanied with low muscle tone throughout the body, and the propensity of the sleeper to dream vividly. A = is 1: leader, beginning, 1st;
M = is 4: orderly; march to 4-4 timing;
